Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TrackDiv collects, uses, stores, and protects information shared with us when you contact us, request a quote, sign a proposal, or use our services. It also includes key business policy terms related to project payments, advance payments, and refunds so clients understand how TrackDiv works before a project starts.

We may also collect communication records when you contact us through email, phone, WhatsApp, contact forms, or proposal discussions.

How We Share Information
TrackDiv does not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with payment processors, hosting providers, communication tools, subcontractors, or legal and compliance advisors only when needed to deliver services or meet legal requirements.
Data Protection and Security
We take reasonable technical and operational measures to protect client information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security, so clients should only share information necessary for project execution.
Milestone-Based Project Payments
All TrackDiv projects, retainers, and service contracts are billed according to milestone terms defined in the quotation, proposal, invoice schedule, service agreement, or negotiated contract accepted by the client.
- Each project or contract payment is due according to the agreed milestone schedule.
- TrackDiv may pause work, delivery, revisions, deployment, support, or access if a milestone payment is overdue.
- Final handover, source files, credentials, assets, or deployment may be withheld until all due payments are cleared.
Advance Payment Requirement
Before starting any project or contract, the client must pay the advance payment agreed with TrackDiv after negotiation and confirmation of scope, price, and timeline.
- The agreed advance payment must be paid within the due date stated in the proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.
- If the advance payment is not received by the due date, TrackDiv may delay or decline project initiation until payment is completed.
- Any reserved project slot, resource allocation, or planning activity may depend on timely receipt of the advance payment.
No Refund Policy
TrackDiv follows a strict no refund policy for services, project work, retainers, consultations, planning, design, development, automation setup, marketing execution, virtual assistant services, and software delivery unless TrackDiv agrees otherwise in writing.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Milestone payments already paid are non-refundable.
- Payments made for completed, started, scheduled, reserved, or partially delivered work are non-refundable.
- If a client pauses, cancels, abandons, or delays a project after work has started, TrackDiv may retain all payments already made and invoice completed work up to the suspension or cancellation date.
Clients should review all scope, pricing, and milestone details carefully before making payment or confirming a contract with TrackDiv.
